Join us for a day of adventure, inspiration, and impact as Florida Water Tours and Florida Water Warriors come together for Cruise for a Cause Day—a special fundraising event where 100% of ticket proceeds support Florida Water Warriors’ mission of marine science education, conservation, and community outreach.
Guests can choose from two unique experiences, Family Friendly or Adults Only:
Sunset River Jazz Cruise for a Cause
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Adults Only (21+)
This is our main event of the day!
Join us for an unforgettable evening on the water aboard the Great Blue Heron as live jazz drifts across the river and the sun sets over the horizon. This elegant adults-only fundraising cruise combines live music, gourmet bites, handcrafted beverages, and breathtaking views for a truly memorable experience—all while supporting a meaningful cause.
100% of proceeds benefit Florida Water Warriors, helping provide marine science education, conservation programs, and hands-on environmental experiences for local students and families.

Dolphin and Wildlife Adventure
Family Friendly | Departure Times: 9am, 11am, or 1pm (90 mins)
Bring the whole family aboard for our signature Dolphin & Wildlife Adventure Cruise. Explore the beautiful waterways of St. Augustine while searching for dolphins, native birds, and other wildlife. Along the way, our knowledgeable guides will share about the area’s history, ecosystems, and the importance of protecting our local waters.
Special Cruise for a Cause Day Feature: In addition to our expert wildlife guides, Florida Water Warriors educators will make a special guest appearance aboard each Dolphin & Wildlife Adventure Cruise, offering guests a glimpse into the hands-on marine science and conservation programming typically reserved for our educational field experiences. Through interactive demonstrations and engaging discussions, you’ll discover how we inspire the next generation of environmental stewards while exploring the incredible wildlife and ecosystems of Northeast Florida.

Florida Water Warriors is a Florida 501C3 non-profit organization operated by dedicated staff and volunteers with a mission to engage in a spirit of equitable Marine Science Education. Florida Water Warriors provides knowledge and opportunities to underserved students and community members in the Northeast Coastal Area of Florida. Through Marine Science Field Experiences, our educators teach and inspire students and families to make pro-environmental behavioral changes in order to protect and conserve our waterways.
Our vision is to play a part in the larger picture of conservation by fostering stewardship, appreciation of our surrounding ecosystem, and emphasizing the individuals’ responsibility to its protection. Florida Water Warriors takes students out onto the water and teaches them about conservation through experiential learning. The participants act as researchers, collecting water quality data that is used to generate new insights in the Marine Science field. All water quality & wildlife data is shared with the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, as well as scientists across the state of Florida.
Since the Water Warrior’s beginning in 2020, we have provided 713 students from the underserved community with Marine Science Education at no cost. The goal for this year is to raise $15,000 to support our K-12 Eco-educational program for the following year, which would provide 1,000 students with Marine Science education. You can help us tackle the wealth and resources gap that cause obstacles in educating future generations. Together, we can educate the upcoming youth on the state of our environment and work towards creating a well-balanced and protected ecosystem.

Can't make it to the event? You can still support Florida Water Warriors through our online silent auction! Beginning July 1st, bidders can browse and bid on an exciting collection of experiences, gift packages, local attractions, artwork, and more. The auction will remain open through Cruise for a Cause Day, with all proceeds helping fund marine science education, conservation initiatives, and community programs.
